Their honors read: “Your hard work, dedication and perseverance have been instrumental in your success. We are pleased to recognize your accomplishments with a $500 gift award for safety equipment to Barnes Welding Supply.”

The Tarps are dedicated to supporting high school students throughout Monterey County! This initiative holds a special place in their hearts, particularly because of their cherished grandson, Ross. 🙌 Ross was a gifted welder and a true enthusiast of ranch life, earning him the title of “a fixer” among his peers. 💪

Sadly, Ross was involved in an accident two years ago while driving a recreational vehicle without a helmet. Despite this tragedy, his spirit lives on through this fund, which aims to empower and uplift students in our community.
